Why is a code showing as “Invalid”?
If an active code fails to work, it is usually tied to one
of three mechanical game restrictions:
- Trailblaze
Level Lock: You must finish the prologue tutorial mission “A
Moment of Peace” and unlock the Mailbox feature to claim codes
(typically requires hitting Trailblaze Level 4). - Account
Duplication: You have already claimed this specific promotion code on
your character profile. Check your system mailbox history to see if the
rewards were already processed.
30-Day Mail Expiration: Once a code is successfully redeemed, your
rewards sit in your in-game mailbox. Unclaimed mail items vanish permanently
